New AltiServ1 IP System
By William R. Muench

For any organization that requires a solid and dependable telephony system, AltiServ is the product of choice. A telephone system is the lifeline of your company, and AltiGen knows that.

The new AltiServ1™ IP system is a comprehensive solution targeted at 8 to 50 users. The system comes with 8 Alti-IP 600 telephones, each of which delivers a host of advanced features. Multi-Line Appearance, Intercom, and a Full Duplex Speakerphone are just the beginning. This powerful and easy to use telephone also includes one-touch buttons to access voice mail, hold, conference, transfer, intercom, volume control, redial, call release, speed dial, and much more.

On top of all of these features, the AltiGen system is easy to use and maintain via a simple Windows interface. By using AltiGen’s management tool, users can easily implement features and change configurations, eliminating the need to call a technician every time a small change is desired.

Interfacing remote users is a snap with remote extensions treated no differently than local extensions. An IP extension works exactly the same as a standard telephone extension works, with the added benefit that you are able to work anywhere you have a cable modem or DSL connection. By using Voice over IP you can eliminate toll costs by routing the call through the Internet, rather than using traditional telephone lines.

AltiServ1 IP is a low cost and easy to maintain system. Installation is simple with its ability to use existing computer wiring, such as your company’s existing LAN network. Simply plug the system in and you’re ready to go. Not only is it a low cost system, it also can grow with your business so that you can keep the same system as time goes on.

Cell Phone Confusion
By Eric Muench, President

Confused by all the hype? 100 minutes, 3000 minutes 10,000 minutes? What does it all really mean?

Sprint™ and Genesistems make it easier for you to manage your cell phone budget.

Tell us the number of phones, current plans and how you use your phones and we will either tell you how to save money or we will tell you that your plan fits your usage best. Not every cell phone supplier can provide the best solution for all situations but at Genesistems we will always give you an honest opinion.

Some Basic Points:

  • Rather than misleading high minute claims, nights and weekends are free.

  • Rather than a one-way walkie-talkie, Sprint Phone to Phone is Free with a 2 year contract. It works anytime, any place, even long distance where Sprint service is available.

  • Rather than a complicated cancellation policy, all you do with Sprint is pay back the up-front rebate they give you for 2 or more year contracts.

  • Business to Business or Family plans – Call us for a free no-hassle quote!
