In our name, Genesistems, you find the word “Genesis”,
for evolution of. This is true in our continuing search
for a product mix to fill all of our customers’ needs.
ESI is such a telephony system. One may ask, “Why are
AltiGen and BIZFON not sufficient to fill the
requirements of all customers?” We acknowledge that one
should offer all telephone technologies. By adding ESI
we now offer both proprietary and non-proprietary
telephony systems with PBX features and Voice Mail from
$1899 up to six figures.
BIZFON offers the most cost effective solution for the
SOHO market and start-up companies. It includes all the
popular PBX features, complete Auto-Attendant, and
Voice-Mail System in one box.
Dollar for dollar, feature for feature, it is hard to
find a proprietary telephone system that can compare
with ESI in the under 100-extension market! When you see
the features of the IVX system compared to Panasonic,
Comdial, Inter-Tel, Telrad, Executone, Toshiba, Fujitsu,
Iwatsu, Avaya, NEC, Mitel, Samsung, Nortel, and the
like, you will be pleasantly surprised. Plus you can add
VoIP. If you want a system that runs on your LAN, look
to the ESI IP series. Compare ESI’s IP series to the
3Com NBX or Cisco Avvid.
AltiGen offers the best IPX/PBX on the market that can
take you to 250 users, with up to 1000 in the not too
distant future. AltiGen was the first company in the
world to ship on the NT platform, is the most mature and
feature rich system, and has been the market leader with
an over 40% market share! From the basic system with
most every PBX, Auto-Attendant, Voice Mail, Email, and
Desktop feature to the optional VoIP, Contact Center and
AltiWeb. You have it all with AltiGen.
With the above selection, Genesistems now offers every
“flavor” of telephone system for our customers’ benefit.
Simply stated, VoIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol) uses
the Internet to make free phone calls. Your voice is
transported over the Internet as “packets” of data.
AltiGen and ESI both support VoIP that can be included
in the initial configuration or easily added at a later
date.
There are two ways to accomplish VoIP connectivity. You
can put a complete system at each location or just an IP
telephone(s). Place IP phone(s) in the branch or one in
the employees’ house. Voila! They are now an extension
of your main system. With a New York main office and
branch/remote worker in Texas the IP phone thinks it is
in New York, yielding seamless communications. Contact
David at extension 215 for additional information.
