Northern Radiology Imaging

Hi Dave and Rick,

    I have been using and working with your Altigen phone system now for over three months. I wanted to inform you both on what we think about the phone system here at Northern Radiology Imaging.

    First, the reliability of the Altigen server and phones has been very high. I have had a lot of problems with the other computers and servers under my care. The Altigen server has not locked up even once. I was amazed it worked the instant it was hooked up to the T1 line. It also helped a lot when you gave me the necessary data to help the phone company configure the T1 line.

    Second, being able to add and control all of the extensions exactly the way we want them to work is great. I can only imagine the money we are saving by not having a phone specialist come in to make changes we need or like. Even the doctors have come up with some good ideas that I can implement. Deb and I have even been free to experiment with different settings on some test extensions. This is very nice, because we are not at the mercy of phone technicians schedule.

    Third, having the ability to assign direct in dial numbers to any extension we want, has been a real joy. With the range of numbers the phone company gave, it gives others the opportunity to pick an easy number for their use to remember.

    Fourth, the flexibility of the auto-attendant system for when we are busy during the day time hours and after hour calls is just wild. To say it simply, we can really have it our way. However, I did have to get some additional training from you guys, and I, in less than thirty minutes, now can control even this feature.

    Fifth, we all like the idea of being able to use any analog telephone on the system. I am just waiting for someone to ask me to add a Mickey Mouse or M&M phone! Sounds goofy, but it could happen.

    Lastly, you have been there to support me with my questions and ideas every time I called. We really have found your Altigen system to be very easy to use and easy to manage. Speaking for myself, if you wish, I would be willing to speak to anyone you want to refer to me, and if they would like, I would even show them our system. You guys have a great product.
