    Thank you for the opportunity of taking an IP Phone with me to India in order to test AltiGen's VoIP solution. Once I was at our ISP in India it was very easy to set the IP Phone. The 45-minute conversation I had with my associate in Rochester was of excellent quality. There was no latency and to my surprise, I do not recollect either one of us saying; "what did you say" or "repeat that".

    Again, thank you for your help in arranging this test to demonstrate the viability of AltiGen's VoIP.
