    We recently moved our office to a new location and needed to setup a whole new phone system. We contacted Genesistems and told them that we needed someone to take our server hardware and setup the phone software on it. This was no trouble for them and they were able to get the software and set up the server in a matter of days. To our surprise they also provided the installation of not only the server at our new office, but also the wiring connections from the phone company. Their service was superior to any vendor we have dealt with. When we asked them about a warranty or service agreement he was willing to offer us one, but told us that they did not need a contract to establish support for the new system. Since the system has been installed, they have been just a phone call away to take care of all of our needs. Our phone system has been issue free since installation and the only support we have needed has been to configure the myriad of features the system offers.

    If you think that this is typical for most reputable technology vendors, you may be correct. However, you have not heard all of the details.

    The day that Rick Rekkerth was supposed to drive in from Rochester to our office in Buffalo was scheduled for December. On that day we received 12 feet of snow. That is remarkable even for Buffalo! The city was basically shut down, as you were unable to drive down any of the local streets without getting stuck. The visibility was near zero as well. You can imagine my surprise when Rick and his assistant showed up at our doors right on time covered from head to toe with snow. There were warnings that the interstate which connects Rochester and Buffalo would be closing but he showed no sign of rushing through the project and finished the project 100%.

    I highly recommend Genesistems for all of your hardware and software needs simply because of the outstanding staff of people they employ.
