Dear Rick and Andy:

    I just wanted to write you this letter and thank you both for the work that you did at our Mendon office.

    Our system was in dire need of updating and I had interviewed three companies, one of which was Genesistems, that had been recommended to me. The knowledge that you had and your professionalism immediately impressed me. Most important was that you listened to my needs, budget, and logistical constraints, and presented me with a solution that I felt comfortable implementing.

    After the work was completed I am very glad to say that our network now runs smoother, faster, and the hardware that you recommended is perfect for our data needs. I had initially contemplated doing the work myself, but now seeing the job you did for us made me realize that you saved me time, money, the job was done right, and Camp Good Days has a network system I am happy with.

    Service plays a large part in my decision to choose a vendor. In these times when the level of service that companies are willing to deliver has dwindled, Genesistems is an exception and has proven that good service does still exist.
