About Genesistems
Genesistems, Inc. was incorporated in February of 1977 as a custom software house writing systems for the new Wang 2200 mini-computer. In 1980 we installed our first vertical market package for restaurants. In 1984 our operating system was changed over to support MS-DOS and we installed our first network. Genesistems enjoys a loyal customer base that spans the decades and the continents. One of our first customers has benefited from the portability of our software moving effortlessly through two generations of mini-computers to the current PC technology. With employees having worked an average of 16 years with Genesistems, the stability of our employees is only matched by the
flexibility and portability of our software.
Eric Muench - President of Genesistems. Currently he works on large account sales and consulting around the country for both network and systems design. He specializes in systems specific to the restaurant industry.
Richard Rekkerth - General Manager of Genesistems. He manages all the day-to-day operations in addition to handling local sales, purchasing, system design for custom PC systems and networks, and installations. He has been with Genesistems since 1980.
Carroll Wilcox - The Senior Analyst for Genesistems. He is responsible for overseeing the major system designs and implementations. He has experience in Basic2, Speed I, Speed II, and FourD as well as applications. He has been with Genesistems since 1978.
Jim Palladino - Jim brings 17 years of experience in the Basic2, Speed I, Speed II, and
FourD areas to add to Genesistems' long history of working in this area. Jim concentrates on the new Manufacturing System and working with our technical staff on adding additional features to the Manufacturing, Restaurant and Distribution systems.
Jim
Odland (TOM Software Division) provides support and
enhancements for the FourD product line. Jim started
programming on Wang computers in 1975 and has worked on
the development of FourD, SPEED II, SPEED I and
predecessor, along with applications using those
utilities.
Jerry
Hill - Jerry
joined the Genesistems staff in 2007 as our sales
associate. Since entering the industry in 1969 as a
programmer analyst, Jerry has worked in education,
retail, manufacturing, and software. A co-founder of the
original TOM Software, Jerry adds 20-years of experience
working with the TOM product lines and 20-years of small
business management experience to Genesistems for the
benefit of our customers.
Mark Harrison
- Mark is our Support Specialist and Systems Manager. He provides customer support,
network and system troubleshooting and diagnostics,
Internet related assistance and other such support. He
is also our Licensing person for the TOM Software
department. Mark has also taken over as Systems Manager
for our multi-location network infrastructure. He has been with Genesistems since 1990.
